1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, Chrome extension, or purchasing a dataset, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service or purchase our digital products.

2. Service Description

I Love Exhibitor provides B2B exhibitor data and event data related to trade shows, exhibitions, expos, conferences, and industry events. Data may be delivered in CSV and Excel formats and may include fields such as company name, booth or hall number, website, business contact fields, company address, event name, venue, dates, industry, organizer, and other requested fields when available.

3. Chrome Extension

The Chrome extension helps users search event data, prepare dataset product pages, save search history locally on the user’s computer, and open product pages later. The extension is a convenience tool and depends on the availability of our website and dataset service.

4. License and Permitted Use

Purchased datasets are licensed for your internal business use, including sales research, marketing research, CRM enrichment, business development, event planning, and related B2B workflows. You may import the data into your internal systems and use it for lawful professional outreach.

You may not resell, sublicense, publicly republish, scrape, copy for marketplace resale, or distribute raw datasets as a competing data product unless I Love Exhibitor gives written permission through an authorized agreement.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Use data lawfully and ethically.
• Follow applicable privacy, marketing, anti-spam, and telecom rules.
• Verify suitability before outreach or campaign use.
• Maintain your own suppression, opt-out, and compliance records.
• Do not use data for harassment, fraud, unlawful profiling, spam, or prohibited activities.

6. Accuracy and Availability

We work to provide useful and accurate exhibitor data and event data, but public event information can change. Event dates, venues, exhibitors, contact fields, organizer details, and counts may be updated by third parties after a dataset is prepared. We do not guarantee that every field will be available for every event.

7. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed on product pages or checkout before purchase. Pricing may depend on event size, available lead count, requested fields, custom work, or other dataset requirements. All payments must be completed through the checkout process before delivery unless a separate written arrangement applies.

8. Digital Delivery

Datasets are delivered digitally, normally in CSV and Excel formats. Delivery timelines are described in our Shipping Policy and may vary depending on dataset size, custom field requests, verification work, and event data availability.

9. Refunds and Replacements

Refunds, replacements, corrections, and delivery issue handling are governed by our Refund Policy. Because datasets are digital products, refund eligibility may be limited after delivery, but we review legitimate issues and may provide corrected files, replacement records, credit, or refund where appropriate.

10. Independent Provider

I Love Exhibitor is an independent provider of event research and exhibitor data. Unless clearly stated, we are not officially affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by event organizers, venues, brands, or trade show owners mentioned in dataset pages.
