You might have heard that Bialystok is too small or too far east to matter for serious business events. That’s a misconception worth correcting. The city hosts a steady calendar of trade shows and expos that draw hundreds of exhibitors across industries, from construction to technology. For a first-time visitor, the range can feel overwhelming, but it’s also an opportunity to combine sectors and make the most of a single trip.
This guide walks you through 10 events scheduled in Bialystok, with dates and exhibitor counts drawn from event records. Some are past editions, others have confirmed upcoming dates, and a few have unconfirmed dates. We’ll help you compare scale, plan your itinerary, and set realistic expectations. No hype, just practical steps for your first business visit.
What Makes Bialystok a Strong Host for Business Events
Bialystok may not be the first city that comes to mind for trade shows, but its event calendar proves otherwise. The city hosts events across ten distinct industries, from construction to healthcare, with exhibitor counts ranging from 70 to 300. That diversity means you can find relevant events regardless of your sector.
The presence of specialised fairs like the Logistics Fair and the Eco Fair shows that Bialystok attracts focused audiences. For a first-time visitor, this means you’re not lost in a sea of generalists; you’re among peers. The city’s size also works in your favour: venues are likely accessible, and you can move between events without long commutes.
Another advantage is the clustering of dates. Several events fall within months of each other, making it feasible to combine two shows in one trip. For example, the Tech Conference in March and the Eco Fair in April are close enough to plan back-to-back visits. That kind of flexibility is harder to find in larger, more crowded event calendars.

Quick Comparison of Scale and Audience in Bialystok
When planning which events to attend, scale matters. Here’s a snapshot of the upcoming events in Bialystok, sorted by exhibitor count:
| Event | Date | Exhibitors | Industry |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bialystok Construction Fair | 5 Nov 2026 | 250 | Construction |
| Bialystok Logistics Fair | 5 Dec 2026 | 150 | Logistics |
| Bialystok Tech Conference | 20 Mar 2027 | 100 | Technology |

| Bialystok Fashion Fair | 15 Feb 2027 | 80 | Fashion |
| Bialystok Digital Marketing Expo | 15 Jan 2027 | 70 | Marketing |
Larger events like the Construction Fair offer breadth, while smaller ones like the Digital Marketing Expo provide focus. Consider your goals: if you need to compare many suppliers, go for the bigger show. If you want targeted conversations, a smaller event might be more efficient.
Past events, such as the Automotive Show with 300 exhibitors, show the upper limit of scale in Bialystok. Keep these in mind for future planning.
Combining Two Events in One Trip to Bialystok
Travel costs and time add up, so combining events can be smart. Look for dates that are close together. For instance, the Fashion Fair on 15 February 2027 and the Tech Conference on 20 March 2027 are about a month apart—perhaps too far for a single trip, but if you have other business in the region, it could work.
Better pairs are the Digital Marketing Expo on 15 January 2027 and the Fashion Fair on 15 February 2027, exactly one month apart. That might still be a stretch. The closest pair is the Construction Fair (5 Nov 2026) and the Logistics Fair (5 Dec 2026), also a month apart.
For a truly combined trip, consider events in the same week, but none in this set are that close. However, you can still plan a trip that covers two events if you’re flexible with remote work or have other meetings. Always check the final schedules with organisers, as dates can change.
If you do combine, plan your accommodation and transport early. Bialystok is a compact city, so getting between venues should be straightforward, but confirm locations once announced.
Measuring Results After the Show in Bialystok
After attending a trade show, you need to know if it was worth it. Start by setting clear goals before the event: number of leads, meetings, or partnerships. After the show, track these metrics:
- Leads collected and their quality
- Follow-up meetings scheduled
- New contacts added to your CRM
- Cost per lead (including travel and time)
Compare results across events. For example, if you attended the Construction Fair and the Logistics Fair, see which generated more valuable connections. Use a simple spreadsheet to log interactions and follow-ups.
Also, consider qualitative feedback: was the audience relevant? Did you meet decision-makers? This helps decide whether to return to Bialystok for future editions. Remember, results may vary, and not every event will be a fit. Give it two or three shows before drawing conclusions.
Finally, share your findings with your team. A post-show debrief can highlight what worked and what didn’t, improving your next trip.
